Since 1982, we have offered a high quality house-building and renovation service to our clients, working for the majority of architects, surveyors and designers throughout Lochaber and North Argyll. 

 

We specialise in custom built houses, usually one-offs, for clients who appreciate a high level of attention to detail and service. On the renovation side, our contracts have spanned from 'butt and bens', through to steadings, hotels, restaurants, shops and country houses.

All trades, except electricals and decorations, are carried out in-house, resulting in a high level of control and efficiency, and we hope this reflects in the end product. This can also be enhanced by an interior design service from Jane Blanchard Design, which is second to none in the Highlands.

We now offer a Renewable Energy option, particularly suitable with underfloor heating, and, as with all our building contracts, can carry this through the design, grant funding, planning and installation processes.
